Natasha Hilts, LCSW, CDCS
Founder, Sunset Senior Concierge, LLC.
Natasha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Dementia Care Specialist (CDCS) with over 15 years of experience in public service across military, federal, and community-based health systems. I work closely with older adults and their families to provide thoughtful, practical guidance through complex care decisions.
You’ll work directly with me from your first consultation through ongoing support, so you have one consistent point of contact.
