I’m Natasha Hilts, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Dementia Care Specialist (CDCS) with more than 15 years of experience across military, federal, and community-based health systems.
I work directly with older adults and their families to navigate complex care decisions, coordinate services, advocate for their needs, and plan confidently for what comes next.
